i found the breakfast buffet excellent (especially the pastries). there was a nutritious variety of food available. i was not rushed nor limited in repeats. the front desk gentleman provided me with tips for getting around. the breakfast manager was courteous and efficient.
the room was a little small. i think more space in the room would improve the overall experience.

The desk staff were helpful. The cleaners I met were also polite. The breakfast was good and the room was large and clean.
The room lacked a mini-fridge. The window did not close properly, so I could hear noise. There was no blanket in the room. I had to use towels to keep warm.

The room I had was clean and a normal size. The breakfast was good. I found the staff friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. The hotel offered good value for the price paid.
I did notice the location is a bit far from the city center. I should have researched better beforehand. It requires a car to get into Madrid, which may be an issue for some guests.

The front desk staff offered prompt assistance and directions were available upon request. Check-in was efficient, and the team addressed all inquiries quickly and with a smile. I found them very professional.

A large parking space is attached to the premises, providing ample room for vehicles. Supermarkets are easy to find nearby. Also you will find fast food and one Mexican restaurant. This made grabbing essentials convenient.

The breakfast buffet featured several products to choose from, which I thought was a good start to the day. There were cereals, bread, fruit, yogurts and pastries. All was fresh.
